Offering differing funding methods depending on your requirements, Alfa has implemented a process for evaluation and simplicity .We will assist you and guide you through the complexity of the funding application. Whilst funding is never guaranteed and is subject to due diligence we believe we will provide your project with the very best possible chance of closure.

The Funding Process

In the first Instance we request clients submit an Executive Summary / BusinessPlan together with completed Alfa Financial Ltd's application form. |

Your Project will be initially valuated and either declined or accepted for potential funding. |

If accepted a Fee agreement will be raised for signature together with a Non Circumvention Non Disclosure Agreement which will provide you and Alfa the comfort required to move forward to the next stage in the process.
it will be decided which funding routes will be best for the project. After the meeting you will be requested to supply information for the purpose of moving forward with the chosen funder. |

An application will take place with the chosen lender with a view to obtaining a terms or Letter of Interest (LOI), a commitment fee will be payable to Alfa Financial Limited at this point. |

The funder will issue Terms / LOI or may request further information, they may decide not to proceed. |
| 6) |
The procedure will move forward with the chosen lender. |
| 7) |
Alfa will guide you through the funding application. |
Please note that depending on the chosen route of funding the process for application varies.
Funders will issue their own agreements together with terms , of course valuation's , Legal and due diligence costs will be required to be paid by the applicant.
( Alfa Financial Limited is an introducer only and all acceptance of the terms and conditions of the fund are at the clients Own Risk )
